Call Metrix · Plumbing
A plumbing answering service for calls that cannot wait.
Plumbing calls rarely arrive at a convenient time. A caller may be standing beside a leaking water heater while your crew is already under a house or driving between jobs. Call Metrix gives plumbing companies a live overflow layer that answers in the business name and follows the call flow you approve.
Request a PilotTypical missed calls
Keep the next step clear.
- A burst pipe call comes in while every technician is on a job.
- A homeowner needs a repair window but the office line is going to voicemail.
- A property manager calls after hours about a recurring leak or building issue.
Lead qualification
The receptionist records the caller’s name, callback number, service address, requested plumbing work, timing, and any other questions you approve. Service-area verification helps keep out-of-area requests from taking up a technician’s schedule, while approved FAQs give callers a clear next step without guessing at a diagnosis or estimate.
Appointment booking
When your rules allow it, the team can book an appointment or capture an appointment request for your office to confirm. You control availability, job types, calendar rules, and the information a caller must provide before a slot is offered.
Urgent-call routing
You define what counts as urgent and who should be notified. Examples may include an active leak, no water, or a situation your team has identified for priority handling. Call Metrix follows that routing plan, attempts an approved transfer or sends a priority notification, and never provides medical, legal, technical, or insurance advice.
Overflow and after-hours coverage
Monday–Friday overflow coverage is included. Weekend, holiday, after-hours, and outbound-calling services require a custom quote. Your business approves the coverage window and urgent-call routing procedure; included service is not 24/7 coverage.
