Website and requests

This website describes Call Metrix live call answering, lead qualification, appointment booking, and urgent-call routing services. A pilot request is an inquiry, not an acceptance of service, a guarantee of availability, or a payment authorization.

Service boundaries

Call Metrix uses client-approved scripts, FAQs, scheduling rules, service-area rules, and urgent-call procedures. Call Metrix does not provide medical, legal, technical, or insurance advice, does not make unauthorized estimates or promises, and does not collect payment-card information during ordinary call handling.

Numbers, calendars, and rules

A client keeps its existing telephone number and controls forwarding, appointment availability, and urgent-call procedures. The exact workflow depends on the client’s approved call flow and current phone or scheduling systems.

Pilot and pricing information

The Founding Client Pilot is a limited introductory offer described on the pricing page. Monthly plans, setup fees, included minutes, overage rates, and coverage boundaries are also described there. Live-call minutes are rounded to the nearest 30 seconds; verified spam and solicitation calls, hold time, and post-call administrative work are not billed. No payment is collected through the public request form.

Coverage and usage

Monday–Friday overflow coverage is included where stated. Weekend, holiday, after-hours, and outbound-calling services require a custom quote. Usage beyond a selected plan is charged at that plan’s published overage rate when recurring service has been approved.

Cancellation, renewal, and refunds

Cancellation, renewal, and refund terms have not been established in the public materials. They must be confirmed by the owner and included in the service agreement before recurring service begins. This page does not invent or promise a cancellation or refund outcome.

Changes

Call Metrix may update website copy, plan descriptions, and these terms as the service changes. The terms in an approved service agreement control the customer relationship.

Contact and acceptance

Submitting a pilot request confirms that the information provided may be reviewed for the purpose of discussing Call Metrix services. It does not require the visitor to purchase a plan.
