Our answering approach

About Call Metrics

Call Metrics helps home-service contractors keep calls moving when the crew is on a job. A live receptionist answers in your business name, qualifies the caller, and follows the next step you have approved.

How it works

Your standards stay in charge.

Before calls are forwarded, your business defines the approved services, service areas, questions, booking permissions, and urgent-call procedure. The answering team follows those instructions rather than improvising.

01

A live person answers

Overflow calls are answered in your business name, while you stay focused on the job in front of you.

02

Callers are qualified

The receptionist captures the service, location, timing, and other details you choose to collect.

03

Appointments follow your rules

Approved callers can be booked or have a clear appointment request sent to your team.

Coverage boundaries

Overflow, during the included window.

Contractors keep their existing business number and forward the overflow calls they want answered. Included coverage is Monday–Friday overflow; weekends, holidays, and after-hours are not included and require a custom quote. Call Metrics does not promise 24/7 coverage.

The caller gets a clear next step.

  • Your approved questions capture the details your team needs.
  • Booking, transfer, and notification rules stay under your control.
  • Urgent calls follow the escalation path your business approves.

Coverage hours and urgent-call procedures are confirmed for each business.
