Lead qualification
The booking flow can collect the caller’s name, callback number, service address, requested work, preferred timing, and other approved details. It can verify service areas and ask the qualification questions you define before a booking is made. Call Metrix does not invent availability, technical answers, estimates, or guarantees.
Appointment booking
You choose whether the team can book directly, submit appointment requests, or collect callbacks only. The receptionist follows your calendar rules, service durations, blackout periods, and customer-facing instructions. You can keep your current scheduling system and decide what information is required before an appointment is confirmed.
Urgent-call routing
Booking and urgency work together. If a caller describes a condition your business classifies as urgent, the call flow can pause normal scheduling and follow the approved transfer or notification procedure. Routine requests continue through the booking path, with text or email summaries available when configured.
Overflow and after-hours coverage
Monday–Friday overflow coverage is included. Weekend, holiday, after-hours, and outbound-calling services require a custom quote. Your business approves the coverage window and urgent-call routing procedure; included service is not 24/7 coverage.
